Our first show of the season and a fantastic result for the club! 🔥

Our boxer put on a brilliant performance, securing a unanimous decision victory after a hard-fought bout. All three judges had him ahead — a well-deserved win and a great performance from start to finish! 👊💪

Congratulations to our boxer, coaches and everyone who supported the team. 🏆👏

🥊 FIGHT NIGHT! 🥊

The wait is finally over… our first boxer is out for a bout of the new season this Saturday! 👊🔥

Training has been going well this week as our boxer puts the final touches to all the hard work that’s gone into preparing for the fight. Sharp, focused and ready to step through those ropes!

We’re heading to Prizefighter’s home show on Saturday for what promises to be a fantastic night of amateur boxing.

A huge well done to our boxer for the commitment and effort throughout training — now it’s time to put it all into action! 💪🥊

The new season starts here. Bring on Saturday! 🔥

🥊 The Boss was back in charge! 👊

Putting one of the older lads through his paces… a few dodges, a few punches allowed through, and then letting the boss take the win! 😎🏆

Being the coach’s son definitely has its perks! 😂🥊

The gym was still busy throughout the summer holidays, and now that everyone’s back at school, it’s somehow got even BUSIER! 💪🔥

Which is brilliant… but with great numbers comes great responsibility to keep the gym tidy! 😜

A busy gym comes with a lot of stuff… bottles, kit, wrappers, equipment — and somehow it doesn’t always find its way back where it belongs! 😂🙈

So remember after training:
🥊 Put your gloves and equipment away
🧹 Bin your rubbish
💧 Take your bottles home
👟 Keep your kit and belongings tidy
🧼 Leave the gym how you’d like to find it!

And As you can see, Coach has been getting stuck in and giving the gym a good clean. 🧹💪

So here’s the challenge to everyone — if it’s good enough for Coach to get the mop out, it’s good enough for all of us to do our bit! 😜

Let’s start the season as we mean to go on — training hard, looking after each other and looking after our gym. ❤️💪
