After a hectic few weeks of midweek matches and training, we finally get back to some normality with training once a week and matches on Saturdays!

After a win against Fishguard in our previous game, we look to get another 3 points at home to newly promoted team Neyland AFC.

Our seconds travel to Pembroke borough tomorrow after two losses in a row. The boys are looking to get back to winning ways against a strong borough team.

On Friday night our 2nds travelled down to St. Florence, looking to build on last weeks result and get another win.

Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be as we conceded a last minute goal to lose the match 4-3.

As a team we were gutted as we managed to get an early 3-0 lead in the first 20 minutes with two goals from Ryan Williams and the other scored by Josh Layzell. We had a couple more chances to get a 4th but couldn’t put the ball in the back of the net.

The game changed just before half time with the home side scoring two quick goals from long balks over the top and at the break the match was 3-2. We came back out trying to get a quick goal only to be stopped by the post. After that, St. Florence put all the pressure on us and scored two more goals by Harvey Langston to win the game 4-3.

Tonight our seconds travel to St. Florence to try and start the season of with two wins in a row and make a great start to the season!

Last night the first team put in a great shift and performance to get our first win and points of the season.

The boys started strong and looked comfortable throughout the game, with a top performance. A few stand out performances last night, with the centre back partnership of Conor Bowen and new signing Squashy dealing with everything that came there way. Then going forward Llew jones scored his first league goal of season and his work rate was unreal. Lloyd Hughes also getting two goals on his debut with a great second half performance.
