🇺🇸✨ JUST 10 DAYS TO GO! ✨🇺🇸

The countdown is officially ON! ⏳ Just 10 days until our very own Amelia heads to the States after being selected to represent the UK as part of the UK team at the 2026 USA Camp! 🤸🏼‍♀️🇬🇧🇺🇸

A HUGE good luck to Amelia and all the girls representing the UK team. We’ll be cheering you all on every step of the way! 🥹👏🏼

Go smash it, girls! 🇬🇧💙

🇺🇸 Just 10 days to go! ✈️

Our selected NGA UK gymnasts came together this weekend for a training session ahead of their trip to the 2026 USA Camp! 🤸‍♀️ Unfortunately, due to pre made plans we missed our Level 9 National Champion, Ella P, from the session, but we can’t wait to have the full team together next week🇬🇧

Following their success at National Finals, the countdown is now on to an exciting opportunity to train, learn and make memories together. We’re so proud of their hard work and can’t wait to follow their adventure! ❤️💙

Thank you for hosting the session this weekend! .gymnastics

💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | 10TH OCTOBER 💚

Strong bodies. Strong minds. A place to belong. 🤸🏼‍♀️✨

At Neath-Afan Gymnastics, we know that gymnastics is about so much more than the skills we learn. It’s about building confidence, developing resilience, making friendships and having a safe space where every child can be themselves.

Sport can have such a positive impact on our mental wellbeing, giving children the opportunity to move, challenge themselves, celebrate their achievements and feel part of something special. 💚

Today, we’re reminding our gymnasts that it’s okay to have a tough day, it’s okay to ask for help, and they never have to face things alone.

Let’s continue to support one another, celebrate the little wins and remember that mental health matters just as much as physical health. 💚

📱 Less screen. More sport. More life. 🤸‍♀️

We’re all guilty of it — screens are an easy way to keep the kids entertained. But how much of their childhood is being spent sitting, scrolling and watching?

Sport gives children something a screen never can — movement, confidence, friendships, challenges, achievements and memories. 💙

So switch off the screen, get them moving and let them experience all the things that happen when they step away from it.

Less scrolling. More moving. More playing. More living. 🙌🤸‍♂️
