If you consistently and progressively do exercises like on these top 2 pictures, then you can get glute gains like on the bottom picture. It takes hard work, but it is absolutely possible if you put the effort in! ⬇️🍑

Mille has lost over 3 stones in body weight over the last 5 months 👏 but her strength has still increased, due to her consistently weight training twice a week, and also being mindful of her protein intake.

Here's a photo of her repping 25kg on the overhead triceps extension 💪 She can rep out 12/13 of these per set 😮

Well done Mille!! I'm super proud of you 😊

Here's one of my lovely clients who trains glutes with me, week in, week out, and lifts heavy, showcasing her excellent results at a wedding yesterday 😍🍑

If you put the time and effort in consistently, the results will come, just like they have for Grace here.

Today is World Menopause Day!

Ladies, I see you, I hear you, but not everyone does! The focus for this year, is chronic pain at midlife for women, that needs further investigation, and not just passed off as 'It's just another symptom of menopause you have to put up with'.

Big up the The International Menopause Society!
