Circuit classes every Monday 17:45 inside and outside and last night was one of those sessions where everybody got stuck in and smashed it out of the park!!

All abilities and ages are welcome just come along with the willingness to smash an hour of exercise! Oh we like to have a chat along the way!!

All classes are based in Sway, New forest.

REFLECTING ON A SPECIAL MILESTONE 3๏ธโƒฃ

EGFIT Classes have reached its 3 year anniversary!! 3 years since I decided to put these classes together with the certainty of it working. Plenty of trial sessions with scattered numbers but since Iโ€™ve loved meeting every single person whoโ€™s made this possible along the way.

3 years of fantastic memories and itโ€™s still just the beginning ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ
