🌿 Parent & Baby Yoga- 2 Week Taster Session 🌿

-6th & 13th October
-£12 per session

Join us for a 2-week taster of Parent & Baby Yoga, taught by experienced yoga instructor Claire Banham.

Enjoy an hour of gentle yoga and movement in a friendly, welcoming space that’s completely baby-friendly. Think soft lighting, calming music, a clean and cosy environment, and the chance to get your body moving while keeping your little one close by.

Everything is designed with babies in mind:
• Naps and feeding are absolutely welcome
• A selection of sensory toys, and books for your baby to enjoy
• Baby changing facilities available on site
• Yoga mats provided
• Tea & coffee available for the grown-ups

There’s no age limit- all babies are welcome! The class is particularly suited to non-walking babies, so you can enjoy the session with your little one close by- but this is flexible.

For babies and their grown-ups❤️
Whether you’re mum, dad, nan, grandad or another special person in your baby’s life- you’re very welcome!

All you need to bring is your comfy clothes and a blanket for your baby to lie on.

Our new studio wouldn’t have been possible without Jason and the guys at J Burgoyne Ltd so we wanted to give them a little shout-out!

We were recommended them by so many people, and after meeting Jason, we were so excited to get started on the project!

No job was ever too big or too small. They listened to everything we wanted, helped us work around any issues, and gave us plenty of options to choose from whenever we threw our MANY ideas at them! 😂

They’ve also helped us make connections with other local companies when we needed to, helped us get the best prices for things, and have been so friendly, helpful and reliable from start to finish.

They’ve taken what was essentially an empty shell and helped us completely transform it into something beautiful for our dancers and teachers!

We’ve now got the main work completed, but I’m sure there will be little bits we want to tweak and add along the way.. and we will 100% be going back to them when we do! We’re always asking building related things 😂

So, if you have a project in mind, big or small, we’d highly recommend giving them a message! We had such a positive experience so we wanted to share!

☕️ Coffee Connections 💛

Sometimes, it’s the simplest things that can make someone’s day.. a smile, a little chat, a song you remember, or simply sharing a cup of tea with someone.

We’re bringing our community together for a very special Coffee Connections morning, created with loneliness in mind and centred around one simple idea: bringing people together and bringing a little more joy into someone’s day. 🌼

Older adults will enjoy a gentle, seated exercise class with music, movement and plenty of smiles, and we’re inviting parents and their little ones to come along and join in with the fun too!

There’ll be fun props, music and movement for the children, making it a lovely opportunity for different generations to enjoy some time together, have a giggle and share a few special moments. 💕

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy coffee, tea, cakes and time to simply sit, chat and connect. ☕️🍰

Never been before? Don’t worry, new families welcome! We’d love to meet you!

🎟️ Tickets are just £3, and we’ll also be raising money for a local charity on the day too.

Tuesday 13th October- 11-12

Come along with your little one, bring a smile, have some fun and enjoy a morning of connection and celebrating our community.
