Looking for a gym membership for your teenager? 💪

At Arena Health & Fitness Newark, we offer a Junior Gym Membership for 14-18 year olds, giving young people the opportunity to start building healthy habits and enjoying regular exercise alongside school or college.

For £27.50 per month, junior members can make use of our gym facilities and classes, to start building their confidence in a friendly, welcoming, and safe environment.

It’s a great option for teenagers who want to invest in their fitness, support mental wellbeing, or need to escape their phone screens for a short while 😂 📱

We’ve got Feet First Foot Health joining us at Arena for three dates this October! 👣

Limara will be offering professional foot health appointments here at the gym on:

📅 Friday 2nd October
📅 Friday 16th October
📅 Friday 30th October

Limara is a qualified Level 4 Foot Health Practitioner and can help with nail cutting, hard skin, corns, cracked heels, ingrown toenails and general foot care.

Appointments need to be booked directly with Limara, so if you’d like to get booked in, call or message 07551 980139.
