Well done to everyone on the mat on Tuesday. We focused on the 3rd Mon syllabus which Hannah ran as part of her level 1 coaching.
Also congratulations to Jakub on achieving his 3rd Mon. Well done!

Hannah took us for a judo session on Tuesday as part of her Coaching award. Today she finished her course at the Railway Institute in York. Well done Hannah!
