Super proud of my daughter who took part in her first Hyrox sim last weekend. Not only did she do the age group above her category, she did the boys weights too! Finished it all with plenty left in the tank! Looking forward to her first HYROX, for the next generation event in Birmingham next month. As a mother to 5 incredible girls, I aim to inspire them to be heathy, fit and strong everyday!

Today we hiked 8km up a mountain, stopped for lunch, a dip in a fresh water pool and then 8km back down. Almost 1500 kcals burned over, 25k steps and a ton of memories I’ll cherish 😍 Topped off by a fantastic evening meal and drinks! 🍸 Kate Fahey
