The sun is out at Farnsfield Cricket Club for our final day of camp. 😁☀️.

Starting with everyones favourite, some batting😁🏏.

Focusing on the different shots we might play. Some lower shots for defence and control and some big power shots for hitting boundaries, the best part 😁🏏💪🏻.

Shaping up to be a really fantastic final day 😀😃👌🏻

What an amazing day on camp we have had today 😁🏏👍🏻.

After sticking it out through some drizzle this morning we managed a full day outside focusing on all the different aspects of the game. 🌦😀👌🏻

Using teams and competitions we focused on bowling, batting and fielding and allowed the children to develop their teamworking skills by building game plans and tactics throughout 💪🏻😁🏏.

Finishing this afternoon with some top games off continuous cricket and scatterball. What an epic day 😀👍🏻🏏.

Looking like a brighter day tomorrow to round off the camp. Cannot wait ☀️☀️.

We are underway on our softball camp for Day 2. The weather has left us alone so we are back outside for the fun and games to really begin. 😁🏏🌦

Yesterday was fun and the children were excellent, but there is nothing like the space of playing cricket outdoors 🌿🏏.

Starting off with the fan favourite catching drills to warm our hands up. Can challenge our catching more outdoors 💪🏻😁🏏.

Been a really enjoyable morning. We didnt let the weather get us down 😁🏏.

We have had some excellent, fun filled catching games where the children have tried lots of different skills and equipment they havnt used before. 😁👌🏻

Its been really lovely seeing them all working together and helping each other learn and practice. 😀👍🏻🏏

Hoping the weather clears up by this afternoon 🌦. Games are after lunch. 👌🏻😃

**Camp Reminder**

Last week was an amazing week on our first holiday camp off the summer 😁☀️.

The Hardball camp was a real success filled with fun, skills and loads of sunshine. Our softball camp is shaping up to be a fantastic week also. 🏏☀️😀

If you interested dont forget there is still time to book your children onto our softball camp on the 17th - 19th Aug. Its going to be amazing, you dont want to miss out. 😁🏏☀️.

Been an amazing morning today. After their selected reaction catching the children then decided on some constructive nets. 👍🏻😁🏏

They all had chance to go into some live nets along with some 1-2-1 throw downs. They all focused on their batting and some bowling. Been excellent to see them all striving to improve 💪🏻👍🏻😁🏏

Tomorrow see’s the start off our first camp for the summer, our KS3 Hardball camp which is based all around improving our cricketing skills while having some fun in some skills based games. Still some time left today if you’re interested to get your children booked in 🏏👌🏻😀.

However there is still plenty of time for you to book onto our 2nd camp, the KS2 softball camp which is all about fun and enjoyment using lots of games and looking into some cricketing skills aswell. The camp kicks off on the 17th Aug so you have plenty of time to get booked on. Places are filling so dont hesitate if your interested 😁👍🏻🏏.
