After 30 years in the Armed Forces and emergency services, the toll was heavy. Physically unfit, mentally drained — Simon took a leap and booked 5 sessions initially with Alex back in January.
With Alex’s approach - No fads. No gimmicks. No diets. Just a simple daily target for calories and protein. Eat what you want, but stay consistent.
