I’ve said it before and I say it AGAIN!!

We train to look good but MOST importantly we train to feel good in our daily lives!! To feel fit and healthy but for me it’s to feel confident in our own skin!

In my case it was feeling good in my dress for my birthday party😍😁

I used to not feel confident, I used to have to wear ultra padded bras and wouldn’t have dreamed of wearing anything without a bra!!! This was even when I was 9 stone🤷🏻‍♀️

Just because looks slim doesn’t mean they are confident🧐

With lots of self work and taming that lying inner critic I’m in a place where I feel confident (most the time as we all have bad body days!!). But I couldn’t have done this without the gym.

We work hard and sweaty in gym to be glam in our dresses 💅💃🏻

This was Molly in March! Splits can take time as it’s such a physically demanding stretch.

When Molly first came to me she was able to get her elbows to the floor and now her head is on the floor😍😍
