A lack of facilities for fencers, new and old, led to Andrew forming the Club as a means of providing facilities to existing fencers in the Newark and Grantham area, and to introduce fencing to the area to create fencers of the future. The Club meets on Tuesday evenings (post Covid, with limited Leisure Centre opening hours, this is from 7.30-9 for both Juniors and Seniors) at Newark Sports and Fi
A quick reminder that there's no fencing this evening, as the hall's closed at the leisure centre. We're on next week (the 23rd), with some stuff planned (not involving ladders or hoops.....). We're then having a break on the 30th and will be back to it on Tuesday the 6th.
Hi all, just a reminder we are unable to train on 16th December as the sports centre is closed.
We are looking for an idea of numbers on 23rd December.
We will have our usual Xmas break week on 30th December and will be back for 2026 on 6th January 2026.
EARLY NOTICE - there will be no fencing on Tuesday 16th December due to the sports hall being closed.
Hi everyone, we have just heard that the leisure centre will be closed 31st May - 3rd April so there will be no session on 1st April. (This is not and April Fool early!!). Apparently they are updating lighting.

Well done to Jeremy for bronze in U14 MF today at the FCL LPJS!
Well done to Jeremy for Gold at the Northern Youth Challenge U14 today and all credit to Jasper for his first competition in U10s! Also well done to Ed C for representing England in the MF team in the 5 Nations!
Belated well done to Jeremy for 5th place (losing only 14-15 to the winner) in his first cadet competition - Heart of England, in Warwickshire.

Well done to Ed H for anchoring the RAF MF team to win gold in the UKAF Championships (and winning silver in the individual). Nice to see one of our former fencers, Ross, competing for the RAF as well.
Also well done to Ed C for bronze today in the St Benedict's Open.
