Resting metabolic rate or RMR is the process whereby the body uses nutrients with oxygen to burn the energy needed in kcals per day in order for the body to function
Bodyweight in kg ×25=RMR
For example im 78 kg so
78kg ×25 = 1950 kcals
Which is why I consume over 4000kcals per day

So 2 exams in one day same exam first time got 78 n failed this time iv passed with 89 so happy 3 modules down one to go
With jst 2 weeks left to revise n take my 3rd module exam the nervs are kicking in
once done only nutrition left and im done
