We've loved how many of you have been getting stuck in with all the challenges so far, but don't stop there! You've got till 8pm on Friday to attempt as many as you can and send them to us or tag us in them!
Keep your eyes open later today as there may be an additional surprise post....

Its DAY 4 of the and today's challenge is one to get you thinking. Great tennis players don't just move & hit well, they problem solve well too! This fun problem solving challenge comes from James at Caunton Tennis Club & Tennis 4 All Coaching Services.

Time how long it takes you to solve the puzzle and send us a photo/video of you doing it. We'll post the 3 levels in the comments below this video... but no cheating... you can't look at it until the timer starts!

We had a whopping 41 clips sent in to us yesterday which was mind blowing!! Let's keep that Atlantic wave rolling in TEAM ARC!!

Next week, GTC will be going up against West Bridgford Tennis Club, Caunton Tennis Club, Atlantic Racquet Centre and Bromley Cricket Club Ltd - cricket, tennis, squash and racketball in a virtual team challenge!

There will be a different challenge of varying difficulties each day for you to take part in and represent your club - you don't need to be a member, anyone can join in! โœ…

Great County Cup result for Notts 14U Girls at Caunton Tennis Club this weekend. The team - which included Caunton's Sophie Lager and Isabella Smillie - won all their group matches and are through to the Finals in Nottingham on 13/14/15 May.

Hi All, Please see our new Match practice schedule. We are excited to be continuing the 'World Tour' which caters for all juniors of all ages from those just starting to rally to those who are experienced too. Its a great opportunity to experience match practice and improve their tennis skills and competition knowledge. These are such an important part of players tennis journey and a great way to learn and improve skills related to the game of tennis but also social and life skills too. Places will be limited so please book now on the App under Tournaments- payment can be made nearer the time but please reserve your place now.

We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant at our tennis club.

The successful candidate will be reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has initiative and possesses great communication and organisational skills. The vacancy is based at the tennis club. It would be attractive to anyone wishing to work part-time with some degree of flexibility to their working hours.

The post-holder will take full responsibility for the day-to-day administrative systems and procedures which ensure the effective functioning of Caunton Tennis Club and its office. The successful candidate will also be responsible for co-ordinating and interacting with the senior coach.

A full list of the key roles is detailed in the Job Description. There is a detailed Person Specification attached to this email, which describes the qualifications and experience we require from the successful applicant.

Hours of work: 15 hours per week โ€“ days and times to be agreed.

Rate of pay: up to ยฃ12 per hour
