What's something you love about yourself ❤️

Self love can sometimes be difficult as we are very critical of ourselves. Or we put others before ourselves.

When I was on my healing journey 5 years ago I discovered that a lot of my healing came down to changing my mindset and loving who I was. To do that I had to release the guilt, childhood Traumas and the loss of my grandfather which made me really struggle.

Since I got Silent Counselling I "hand on heart" have had no mental health issues, I have too much confidence now and ...

I LOVE MYSELF❗
