Mens mental health is an extremely important topic, not just in the month of November but year round. No one should ever have to feel alone, or that they have no one or no where to turn to about their problems and mental health. Make sure you check in on the people around you and let them know that you are there for them. Something just knowing there is someone to turn to can save a life. On Sunday 7th December, some of the members from KUF will be taking part in 's Keele Come Dancing, a dancing event where 1/3 of the profits will be going to a selected charity. If you'd like to come support the club at the event, tickets are now available! We hope to see oome of you there!

With Sheffield beginners taking place this weekend, here are the amazing people we will be sending off to represent KUF!!!

It should be a great weekend. Let's all make sure to lock in, bring our A game (AND MOST IMPORTANTLY) have fun playing some frisbee!!!

The discs are on their way to us!

Shortly we will be sharing a Google form, please complete this if you have purchased one as it will be asking if you require delivery of your disc - this will only be available for people who are unable to collect from the uni over the summer or next year.

It's very important you fill this out so we don't have to chase people so keep an eye out!
