Sometimes, the best exercise isn't at the gym, it's outside ⛰️☀️
Spending most of my free time outdoors now that the days are longer and the weathers (slightly) better 😂
Shoulder update: biggest improvement in years and very nearly lifting fully overhead 🙌🏼

Protein porridge or protein weetabix (I use nutribrex)
Top with whatever you fancy. I top mine with Blueberries and Strawberries.
Porridge.. I microwave mine on medium for about 6 mins in the morning.
Nutribrex leave it overnight 👌🏽 my favourite breakfast.
