Self care is sooooooo important. After a busy week taking time for me and creating the perfect day was amazing. A sea dip, a long dog walk (with a happy Bailey) , good healthy food, a massage and then an hour of yoga. I feel recharged and energised . What do you do for you and when did you last take some time for self care?

Well half a week back at school, how are you all doing?. I think a lot of parents feel relived to have them back after the summer but for other parents whose kids struggle at school returning can be both a little exciting and a little scary, it’s can cause anxiety and worry. It’s ok to feel the worry and the overwhelm trying to support your little ones

We look after and offer help and advise to women mainly but let’s look after our men too. This test is a simple urine test that can detect prostate and testicular cancers. Let’s look after the sons, brothers, husbands, dads and partners too
