Our classes take place in Westerhope, making us easily accessible from Ponteland, Denton, Fenham, and the wider Newcastle area. These classes are perfect for beginners who have never lifted weights to learn how to correctly & also perfect for people who are already into fitness and want to gradually increase the weights they lift 💪
Each week we will have 15 exercise stations. You will be able to track your reps & weight lifted, the goal each week is to slowly increase the reps or weight so you become stronger and more toned 😄
Choose your time slot - For £10 total you will get 1 session per week for 4 weeks (Just £2.50 per class)
