Our classes take place in Westerhope, making us easily accessible from Ponteland, Denton, Fenham, and the wider Newcastle area. Revolution Fitness is a brand established in 2020 that comprises of multiple independent bootcamps and fitness classes across the United Kingdom. Women’s Weights Strength Classes - Saturday Mornings, Lunch time or Evenings. Want to increase your strength and tone up ?

📍Westerhope Community Association, Hillhead Road, Newcastle, NE5 1NE

These classes are perfect for beginners who have never lifted weights to learn how to correctly & also perfect for people who are already into fitness and want to gradually increase the weights they lift 💪

Each week we will have 15 exercise stations. You will be able to track your reps & weight lifted, the goal each week is to slowly increase the reps or weight so you become stronger and more toned 😄

Choose your time slot - For £10 total you will get 1 session per week for 4 weeks (Just £2.50 per class)
