What a night it was, lots of drinks pizza and a tone more of dancing. Was buzzing to get as many of yous together for a summer night out sorry to those who couldn’t make the date we will aim to get more of yous for the Christmas one!

Happy with sub hour for my first one. Excited to get back to training and prepare for what ever comes next.

Stacey came to me around the start of the year. From my point of view she needed a pick me up, some personal training that would really test her both mentally and physically.

Within a very short space of time I seen a mindset shift in how Stacey trained and how she approached the session, she came in knowing today I’m going to smash this or today I’m hitting a PB.

Buzzing to have Stacey apart of our growing community, constantly motivating others around her whilst pushing herself to the max 4 times a week. Absolute machine 🤝🏻

Constantly one of the top workers in every group, keep up the graft 💪🏻
