10 week client check in!
Results are flying in for Carl 13lbs down already after 10 solid weeks of training.

The most important thing for me is finding what works best for me whether that’s what training works well, what foods help me progress the most or how much rest I need to take depending on how your lifestyle is.
Especially when starting your fitness journey you don’t need to over complicate things. Small habits take you a long way.
When it comes to training make sure you have a plan before stepping foot into the gym so that you can put 110% into your workouts.
Diet can be a challenging one for most people but same again you don’t need to over complicate things. Taking away one small habit at a time will help you progress further over time.

FIRST BODYBUILDING SHOW🏆
20 weeks from now I will be stood on stage competing in my first ever bodybuilding show. Having been thinking of taking the step for a little time now I have finally decided to commit to doing it.
I’m going to be documenting my full journey through the process of prepping for the show so stay tuned!
It’s going to be a very tough process but can’t wait for it
