Great session today at The Window Centre in Harrow, training the team on our new Rilla AI platform.

Built around the Paul Clifton sales process, it reviews every appointment, scores performance, and gives clear, practical feedback on how to improve.

You can also roleplay scenarios and refine your approach after every call, a powerful way to coach teams and improve conversion rates.

Two days. Two locations. One clear mission; raise the standard in conservatory sales.

This week took me to Hampton with Modup and then across to Harrow at The Window Centre, working with two brilliant teams who are serious about improving how they sell.

In Hampton, we focused on delivering conservatories using my “Painting by Members” system ,combined with the latest evolution of my structured form and pic-flow process.

In Harrow, we drilled into the specification stage — proving superior quality, building clarity, and giving salespeople the confidence to justify price when needed.

Because here’s the truth:

It’s not about pushing harder.
It’s not about discounting faster.

It’s about controlling the process.

First training day of the year ✔️

Back with The Window Centre sales team today. I spend one day a month with them, working through different stages of the sales journey, always with the same goal:
making the buying experience clearer and more comfortable for the customer.

No scripts. No pressure tactics.
Just structure, consistency, and helping customers make confident decisions.

When that’s done well, improved conversion rates and margins tend to follow as a by-product — not the objective.

After years in this industry, one thing’s clear:
most sales problems aren’t people problems, they’re process problems.

Great to be back at The Window & Door Centre, Harrow for my monthly Window Sales Lab visit.

We’re continuing to work through the golden rules of sales mastery, focusing on doing the basics well, building strong habits, and keeping the process consistent.

Window Sales Lab is excited to announce a three-year sales training agreement with the 20-member sales team at 5 Star Windows, located in Kidderminster. The agreement includes sales training for two days per month, with one day dedicated to working with the window sales team and the other day with the conservatory team. The main objective is to provide a top-quality buying experience for 5-star clients, with the aim of ramping up the already impressive lead-to-sale conversion rate. 5 Star had previously worked with Paul Clifton on a similar basis over a decade ago, which had helped build the momentum to become the market leader in the Worcestershire and midlands area, with installations now worth well over 12million pounds per year. 5 Star is committed to excellence and continuous improvement in all areas of their business.
