It was an absolute pleasure helping out at the first “Strong Bodies, Strong Minds” strongman & mental health workshop for the community on Sunday 💪🧠
A free event hosted by .health.hub and my bro Mizz at my old workplace, the epic gym- .
The energy in the gym was unreal—an amazing vibe and an even better community, all coming together to learn, grow, and get stronger inside and out.
Giving young people and the wider community access to something positive, empowering, and uplifting is incredibly important to me. Creating spaces where people can build confidence, improve mental health, learn new skills, and feel part of a strong supportive community is what it’s all about.
Seeing everyone come together with such amazing energy reminded me how powerful it is when we invest in our youth and give them opportunities to channel themselves into something positive.
Grateful to have been part of something so positive 🙌
