Your favourite exercises of legs bums and tums in a split studio circuit to give you a mixture of exercises targeting the areas we all want to target.

💜BOXBEATZ💜 CLASS LED

Class led boxing session to an upbeat playlist to take you through your paces, mixture of boxing and cardio to leave you feeling energised 🥊💃

💜BOXB*TCH 💜 CLASS LED

Coach led tabata session which is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that follows a set structure, with all your favourite box combo moves. You will alternate 20 seconds of near-maximum effort exercise with 10 seconds of rest

💜BOX COMBAT💜CLASS LED

Instructor led…with a variety of boxing and movement to your favourite music..

💜DISCOSTIX💜 CLASS LED

Beat, Burn & Boogie

Get ready to light up the dance floor with DiscoStix. A rhythm-fuelled workout that combines disco vibes, full-body toning, and the power of drumsticks! This high-energy class turns fitness into a musical experience, where every beat you hit drives your workout and every move feels like a party.

💜DUMBBELL BEATZ💜 CLASS LED

Turn up the music and power through a full-body workout where strength training meets high-energy rhythms. Dumbbell Beatz combines dumbbell-based exercises with motivating beats to keep you moving, lifting, and sweating from start to finish. Expect a mix of strength, endurance, and cardio-focused intervals to the beat 💃🏋️‍♀️

💜HYBRID💜CIRCUIT

HYSHOTZ with a little twist, based around a hyrox style workout but with some new functional moves and the original moves this workout is going to leave you feel amazing 🤩 💪🏼 does include running but can be substituted for power walks if needed 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

💜HYPOWER💜CIRCUIT

Circuit based session involving power moves and fitness (involves running & cycling)

💜HYSHOTZ💜CIRCUIT

Hybrid functional fitness session, using a structured format, includes use of our exercise machines and functional equipment to push you to the limit (this does involve running)

💜MENOBURN💜 CLASS LED

An instructor led session that combines strength exercises, low-impact conditioning, and mobility work to help combat common menopausal challenges such as muscle loss, reduced bone density, weight gain, and decreased energy levels. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises tailored to individual abilities and experience. A session for all age groups with a good supportive environment 🏋️‍♀️💪🏼

💜NON STOP 90s💜 CLASS LED

This fabulous non stop low impact cardio/toning workout is the exercise to music not to be missed!…get ready to-party to your favourite 90s dance playlist…grab your dumbbells and let’s boogie 💃🏋️‍♀️ if you liked dancepump you will love this ✌🏽

💜PAIN PARADE💜 CIRCUIT

Pain Parade is a high-energy circuit training class designed to push your limits and build both physical and mental resilience. Expect a series of challenging stations that combine strength, cardio, endurance, and functional movements, with minimal rest between exercises. Each round tests a different aspect of fitness, keeping your heart rate high and your body working from start to finish.

It’s called Pain Parade for a reason. Fall in line and embrace the grind.

💜POWERBOX💜 CIRCUIT

Our personal favourite boxing circuit is a keeper, mixing it up with some power moves and we have the ultimate circuit to burn calories and make you feel energised

💜POWER REFORM💜 CLASS LED

POWER REFORM is a hybrid session combining the best of both worlds:
✨ Reformer Pilates + Floor-Based Power Work

Think slow, controlled reformer movements paired with strength-based exercises that mimic reformer style training on the mat 🧘‍♀️

💥 What to expect:
* 50/50 split → Half Reformer / Half Floor Work
* Build strength, control & stability
* Improve technique in a smaller, more personal group
* Low impact but HIGHLY effective

💜REFORMER 5💜 CLASS LED

This beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class is designed for those new to reformer training.
You’ll be guided through the fundamentals at a steady, supportive pace, focusing on technique, control, strength, and confidence on the reformer

💜rEMix💜 CIRCUIT

If you know Jill and Victorias background you will remember the EM days…Bootcamp style sessions of toning and cardio and paired with a banging playlist
