Don't hold off on starting your own transformation, once you've got the tools to build up new habits it becomes second nature to maintain the lifestyle.
"I don't have the time..." - There are 168 hours in a week, you need 45 minutes a day, you can MAKE time. How much Netflix do you watch?
"It's too expensive..." - You'll save money by spending less on harmful, useless food and drink and living an overall cheaper lifestyle. Eating well is NOT expensive, you just need to know how.
"It's too much effort..." - Not putting in the effort will take years off your life. Build up the habits before it's too late; when the effort becomes habit, you've won.
You can't put a price on increasing your overall quality of life into old age and retaining your independence.
You can't put a price on reducing your risk of diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
You can't put a price on looking and feeling better than you ever have before.
Silence those negative voices and make a change. The only thing in your way is YOU.
