A little vein but it's alright to be happy with what you have achieved, it's alright to showcase work you have put in...
Everyone and their dog posts a picture of their dissertation (I know I did), which took them months to complete...
Don't ever second guess showcasing and being proud of something you have worked on for years πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

Contrary to popular belief, health and fitness isn't all about massive biceps and huge b***y (although it is a nice addition if that's what you're looking for πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ)

It IS about creating balance, and teaching our body to move as effectively and efficiently as possible, for its intended purposes. As one of the best (if not the best) defensive player in NBL 1, Elliot will stress the importance of being able to stay low, and move effectively from the hips. This 90/90 rotation will help him do that, and keep those hips healthy as a part of his wider plan.

Some of Dami's goals included developing an overall strong back and remaining/getting back to being more explosive.
This accessory good morning into squat challenges the lower back and glutes through the good morning phase of the movement, before transitioning into the squat, where the focus is movement speed.

As always working with Dami is an absolute pleasure, he is focussed and on task, and always asks great questions.

So often nowadays, and in my experience as a coach, we find that people are hesitant in admitting that they want to workout and change their lifestyle slightly with the goal of looking better.
βž–
It's always hidden or sandwiched between other goals (that may or may not be genuine) so that wanting to look better is not drawn attention to.
βž–
Why?!
I started training because I needed to fill the gap basketball left behind, but as I saw aesthetic results, I really started to enjoy the changes I saw. As a result, my confidence grew, and it really drove my motivation, because it is a slow process, and finding a reason you value and really want it key!

We don't shy away from make up, or hair products, or designer clothes or whatever in order to look better. So don't shy away from wanting to look better by changing your body in the healthiest way you can, especially if it's for yourself. To look in the mirror in the morning and think, damn that's a fine ass specimen πŸ˜…
Embrace your goals and never shy away from what you want to achieve.
