It's too hard for a guy your height to fill out a frame...
Your metabolism is too quick to gain significant muscle...
You don't see many naturally big tall guys...
It's really hard to lift weights with long limbs, you'll have limited progress...

A little vein but it's alright to be happy with what you have achieved, it's alright to showcase work you have put in...
Everyone and their dog posts a picture of their dissertation (I know I did), which took them months to complete...
Don't ever second guess showcasing and being proud of something you have worked on for years π€·πΌββοΈ

I try to hide my teeth as much as possible but can't help but crack a cheesy grin when you get to work with bloody quality people, and help them get the results they want π

So often nowadays, and in my experience as a coach, we find that people are hesitant in admitting that they want to workout and change their lifestyle slightly with the goal of looking better.

It's always hidden or sandwiched between other goals (that may or may not be genuine) so that wanting to look better is not drawn attention to.

Why?!
I started training because I needed to fill the gap basketball left behind, but as I saw aesthetic results, I really started to enjoy the changes I saw. As a result, my confidence grew, and it really drove my motivation, because it is a slow process, and finding a reason you value and really want it key!

We don't shy away from make up, or hair products, or designer clothes or whatever in order to look better. So don't shy away from wanting to look better by changing your body in the healthiest way you can, especially if it's for yourself. To look in the mirror in the morning and think, damn that's a fine ass specimen π
Embrace your goals and never shy away from what you want to achieve.

Also, you don't get super muscular by accident... Trust me. Many are trying and still find it challenging!
