Another session in the books
Training back and triceps with my client tonight.
Felt a good pump on even though I haven’t fuelled well today.

Little by little weight loss is not a sprint it’s a very long marathon. Don’t try to take to much on and make it complicated simple steps.
I myself Iam on my own path and I have lost 15lbs in this last month. No it’s not a lot and yes it could of been a lot more. But cut out many snacks and
Train 3 to 4 times a a week weights and incline walk on the treadmill at least once a day.
It all counts

Again first steps at working on basic lifts with these boys and a great first attempt well done lads
Starting out teaching people how to do the major lifts in the correct way. Day one for these young men was a great effort

Using kettlebells has a great number of conditioning benefit’s. Try 3 rounds of this and tell me how you feel.
For a big lad my goal is to make my clients strong. Functional and look good. First time for a lot of movements with this client and he give it 110%
