WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO SACRIFICE TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS?
If you aren’t where you want to be in life, then something in your life requires change.
And you can’t complain about anything until you have made those changes.
The changes you need to make will also require sacrifices.
Most people don’t reach their potential or accomplish their goals because it is easier to play the victim than take the required action for change.
The first step in achieving your goals is to realise you must make sacrifices.
You then must prioritise what will help you achieve these goals and be consistent with them.
The more you sacrifice, the sweeter the success.

YOU DON’T VALUE YOURSELF ENOUGH TO GET RESULTS
Why aren’t you achieving your gaols? Why are you inconsistent with your nutrition and training?
You don’t value yourself enough to make yourself a priority for your own life.
How many times have you tried to be consistently fit and healthy but eventually you always end up going back to your old habits?
Your health starts from within first. If you don’t love yourself then you won’t care about yourself.
If you don’t care about yourself then you will never have the motivation to improve
Your goals won’t mean enough to you, because you don’t mean enough to yourself.
Being healthy can be hard, you have to consistently put in the effort, you need to be disciplined, you need to stay focused, you need will power.
If you don’t think you are worthy of the effort however, then you won’t make that effort.

AT UNIVERSITY I DROPPED TO 48kg
I haven’t always been healthy.
When I look back at my time at University it shocks me to think how unhealthy I really was.
Unhealthy habits can slowly and subtly form without you even realising.
I obsessively controlled my eating, or should I say lack of eating.
For a moment, it looked like I was heading down a very dark path.
Clearly there was something deeper going on subconsciously that I wasn’t aware of, that was being conveyed in my weight loss
Luckily and without explanation, my unhealthy habits appeared to subside without even trying.
I was lucky, but not everyone is if they don’t address there issues.
I thought I would share this story for you guys for two reasons;
- Just because someone is happy and healthy now, doesn’t mean they always have been. It’s a process and a personal journey. If you are struggling it doesn’t mean you always will be. Keep going.
- The more in-tune you are with your emotions and internal state, the greater success you will have at improving that state. Don’t ignore how you are feeling or what your body or actions are telling you. Pain, stress, suffering can formulate in many ways. listen to these signals.

MORE SELF LOVE PLEASE
Exercise is an act of self love
Eating healthy is an act of self love
Taking care of your health is an act of self love
Looking after your mental state is an act of self love
Putting your happiness first for once is an act of self love
Ensuring you are happy and healthy is an act of self love
This kind of self love should be ingrained into us
We should execute these acts of self love without even thinking about it
Sacrificing our health and happiness shouldn’t be an option
This is your life, not anyone else’s
If you aren’t happy, and you aren’t healthy then really what is the point ? How is anything worth sacrificing that?
The more happy and healthy you are, the more you can help others
And the more love you have for yourself, the more love you have to give away

DON’T JUDGE THE MOMENT
What defines an experience to be good or bad ?
As soon as you label something to be bad your mind starts to believe it.
Instead, be grateful for setbacks.
Allow your life to progress at its own pace, in its own way.
The universe has other plans in store for you.
When something doesn’t go your way, remember there is more for you out there.
The only thing we have control over is the accountability of our actions.
If you are doing your best and things aren’t going right for you then simply trust in life.
Stop and think what is the opportunity in this moment?

DESTINATION HAPPINESS
This final destination of happiness doesn’t exist, it is nothing more than an inspirational goal.
If you make X amount of money you will want even more money. If you lose X amount of weight you will want to lose more weight.
I believe happiness is about improvement. Do what what makes you happy whilst striving to become a better version of yourself.
Improve the way you manage your mind, improvement in the way you manage your emotions.
When I first started coaching I quickly realised how unhappy so many people were.
This is why so much of my coaching revolves around mindset.
Focus on improving the way you feel internally about yourself.
How happy and healthy can you truly be if you don’t like who you are?
If you love who you are, then you wouldn’t accept anything less than a life that you love.
Love yourself, love your life and happiness is inevitable.
