Hi so it’s been 8 weeks since I tore my ligaments in my ankle 💔 and it is still not ok lol (sad) and I can’t do a lot of the exercise I really love BUT one thing I have done lots of is swimming in the sea and I truly truly love it🧜🏻♀️🐋🐠🌊

Glutes are complex and it can take some time before you see any sort of progress so if you’re feeling stuck then I feel your pain!!!
Here’s some tips that might make your life easier!
🌟Hip thrusts!!!
🌟Heavy weights - However not so heavy that you can’t engage your glutes.
🌟Increasing your calories & Protein intake to support muscle growth!
🌟Consistency - a couple of sessions here and there is not going to get you where you want to be, 2 to 3 lower bod days a week if you’re really wanting to grow.
🌟Rest - that being said ^ rest is so important to repair the muscles!
🌟Patience - annoying but ya need it!!!

After moving out and SO many other exciting/stressful things I am finally back in the gym lol. Life happens and it’s so okay to take time off, the important thing is that once it’s done we always come back!
