These are 4 of my 9 intermediate ladies, they are performing a plank push out , fast , and also with resistance spring added on. Thus demands good core strength , ears away from shoulders, no collapsing in upper body, it has slow and fast paced requirements, and hovers.

This is a promise NOT a slogan !
Here are some of my reformer ladies performing INNER and OUTER thigh workout.
They then rotate the spine around whilst moving the carriage and balancing . The last addition is THE SAW , this exercise can be performed on the mat and standing up.
Here are ladies performing a sideway stretch on the reformer. This is performed in external rotation and parallel stance, the latter being the hardest.
This exercise is great for your inner thighs and hamstrings.
This stretch is a great hip flexor stretch . In addition, the foot on the foam roller is being stimulated by pressing on it.
It works all the muscles underneath the feet which keep us up all day long.
