I’m trying to gauge interest for a more personalised small group class indoors to help you finally smash them goals and look and feel fitter and healthier
I need to know what days are best for people before I book a venue so please either drop me a private message or comment days and times that work for you and I will try to accommodate the most popular requests!
EDIT - I should also say this will be replacing the circuit training classes, more details will follow when I have a venue just need to work out what two evenings we’ll be doing 💪🏼

I can’t promise this kinda weather but at the slightly earlier time of 1800-1900 tomorrow we will be back at St Johns Chapel Football Field for circuit training.

Really sorry for the late notice but something has come up and I am going to have to cancel the class tomorrow morning!
We will also be changing to Monday evenings instead of Tuesday as of 25th July!
Hopefully see a good turn out and sorry to anyone that this puts out!

Due to the heat this evening and a few people expressing concerns I’m going to cancel the circuit training tonight!
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but us fair haired people will thank me later (I’m plenty burnt already 🤣)

Shuttles just aren’t the one 😅
Really putting in the work when I can to make sure I’m as ready as I can be when the football season starts.
How have I done that?
Been on the heavy drink the last two weekends but read on for why that doesn’t matter 🍻🤪
One - I’m not getting paid a cool quarter mill every week so it’s not really that important.
Two - I’m actually not that good lol
Three - I am actually just a normal lad that does normal things and values living a life outside of fitness and health.
That doesn’t mean I can’t be fit too.
Yes drink can f**k you up acutely (sitting in bed the next day with the fear and begging you didn’t do anything stupid) you also don’t really worry about you macronutrient intake when you feel like death warmed up!
Chronic intake is also bad, it categorically is bad for you but so what? Where’s the fun in perfect!
Priorities change at different times in your life, some days you’re highly motivated ready to attack the day but that can be exhausting, sometimes you need to take time out to enjoy the hard work you’re putting in, enjoy life, and do some things that may be considered ‘sub-optimal’ to your health!
Either way, be consistent with your training (that is categorically good for you) and enjoy life in the time in between!
