Spent a few hours completely resetting my body and mind at Lakes.

​Between cold water dips in the stunning lakes and warming up in the sauna, it was exactly what I needed. Juggling childcare, work, and running a business gets overwhelming fast, especially over the summer holidays. Giving yourself even a tiny slice of downtime to recover is essential to survive!

Taking a moment to slow down is sometimes the best medicine in this busy world. 🧘‍♂️

​Today I traded strength training and Zumba for a little mental reset—taking time out to focus on mindfullness, mental health, deep stretching, and catching up with a friend.

​Nothing beats resetting the system with views like this down at Tynemouth.

Thank you to Jasmine Yoga for a beautiful yoga session.

Remember, recovery and peace of mind are just as important as the hard work you put in.
