It’s never too late to start! The most heard phrase is “I’ll start on Monday” or “it’s too late to get my summer body”. Stop living your life waiting for the right moment or working for the perfect summer body.

Work towards living the happiest and healthiest life you want, and the rest will follow suit. You are never too old, too late, too busy. Start now. Make small changes now. You can either work on your self for the next 6 months or regret wasting the those 6 months waiting for the perfect time to start.

Get up earlier
Take the stairs
Swap the sugar pop for water or juice
Change the crisps and chocolate for a piece of fruit or veg.
These are all changes that can have a massive impact.

Carbs are not the devil 👀 . No they won’t make you “fat”.

Carbs are a necessity in life, they are the food source that provides you with energy ⚡️. They provide your brain 🧠, heart ❤️, kidneys and central nervous system with the energy it needs. Without healthy carbs in a diet this can have an affect on our digestive healthy with the lack of fibre, they also help with the production of serotonin (the neurotransmitter that regulates your mood)- this is why you while find when people drop carbs they can become quite moody and miserable 😩. And who wants that?

Implementing healthy complex carbs (fruit, oats, beans, starchy veg, whole grain pasta 🍝) will provide you with the energy you need and stabilise your thyroid health. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your favourite simple carbs such as chocolate or crisps. It’s all about balance, and finding what works for you.

Please stop seeing carbs as the devil 😈, they won’t make you gain weight overnight ❤️
