Taking things online! Start your week as you mean to go on with a Sunrise Flow from your own home, every Monday bright and early so you can fit it in before work! Flowing, breathing and waking up together.
Bring your journal along if you like to write down your intentions for the week and anything that comes up for you 🙏

⚡Wine by Women ⚡ Our first Vin Vin Club of 2023

Join us for an evening of yoga and natty wine tasting, flowing together then sampling natural wines produced by female winegrowers around the world!

Just bring your mat and something comfy to move in 💕 Light bites and wine tasted will be available to buy on the night!

I have a new class ‘Neighbourhood Yoga & Social’ starting this month which will run fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from Feb 15th at the lovely ✌️
The yoga class is suitable for beginners and will run 6 - 7pm with an optional social between 7 - 9pm, tea and coffee are included in ticket price £10... bar is open too 💕 more info to come!

Yang to Yin ✨Jasmine Yoga] Thursdays 6:45pm - 7:45pm

Join me for a balanced & nourishing class blending both dynamic & restorative sequences. We begin by building some heat & moving the body, shifting blocked & stuck energy, before settling into a series of restorative poses held for longer durations, easing the connective tissues & allowing the body & mind to rest.
Tomorrow we will be exploring asanas & sequences looking at supporting spinal health specifically.
