I couldn’t tell you what age I was on the left, I was definitely in my teens, but I can tell you at that age I used to think I was in shape, crazy, I know.

When it comes to building muscle as a gym goer, especially as a natural, it takes time, patience and hard work. I know, ground breaking stuff. But it does.

I’m not a bodybuilder, I don’t play sport (anymore) I don’t run, I’m just a regular fella who wanted to build more muscle, feel better about himself and fill out sleeves of a t-shirt.

I believe social media and building muscle is over complicated, for the most part. Basics really do work best.

Push yourself close to failure for majority of sets. RIR management.
Get good quality sleep.
Eat nutrient dense foods.
Manage your stress load.
Keep your training simple.

And lastly,

Be content with where you are now, in this present moment.

One step at a time, you’ll get there.

Online Client Transformation 💻

Online Client Jason achieved a great result in a 10 week time frame between these photos, with over 1 stone in weight loss, 16lbs in total 🤝

You can clearly see the body fat level has dropped significantly, with his physique improving in the process. On top of that Jason has been excelling on the football pitch this season which is great to hear 🙌

Jason had this to say about the 10 weeks 👇

Steph and Clo smashed their holiday prep 🙌

My two clients wanted to tidy up before going on Holidays, the girls absolutely smashed it, they look fantastic 💪🙌

I couldn’t have asked for more from them both, head down, never missed a training session, done their steps, followed the plan (mostly… Clo 👀😂) They’re honestly an absolute pleasure to train, now to enjoy the holiday girls ☀️
