Please see my new timetable starting 1st March. My booking system has been updated.

Saturday’s sessions have now been moved to Sunday & an additional Pilates class has been added at your request 🧘‍♀️

🛑 What we didn’t do 🛑

Restrict food
Eat minimal calories
Follow a rigid meal plan
Overtrain

🟢 What we did do 🟢

Consistent training & progressive overload
Priorities sleep & rest days
Calorie deficit
Creating a positive relationship with food
2-3L water per day

Ask yourself why are you paying ‘00’s’ for transformations/quick fixes when all you need to do is count your cals, stick to your deficit & keep consistent with your training. Its a long term commitment but it is most sustainable. Movement & mindset always 👌
