💡 Pro tip: Bid farewell to swinging! Focus on strict form for those incline dumbbell curls, aiming for 8 reps per set. Keep your head back on the bench and maintain a strict straight arm hanging position.
When it's time for triceps extensions, grab lightweight and go all out till failure, ensuring you extend your arms fully on each press. Aim for 2-3 rounds and brace yourself for an incredible arm pump! 💥🔥🔝

I've made a lot of mistakes in my fitness journey and wasted a ton of time and money. If only I knew then what I know now, I could have saved myself the hassle. Here are some valuable lessons I've learned along the way to help you avoid the same pitfalls. 💪🏼💰
1️⃣ Training harder and more intensely isn't the secret to success. In fact, it's a recipe for disaster. Studies show that excessive intensity often leads to injuries, derailing your progress. 🚫🤕
2️⃣ Say goodbye to the low-carb, high-protein craze! It's time to debunk the myth. Unless you have a specific medical condition, this type of nutrition is pointless and can actually accelerate aging. Embrace a balanced approach instead. ⚖️🍏
3️⃣ Before you start lifting heavy weights, prioritize mobility and flexibility. If you can't touch your toes or lift your heels during a squat, you're setting yourself up for future injuries. Take care of your body first. 🤸♀️💪
4️⃣ Rest and sleep like a pro! It's not just about getting more sleep; it's about optimizing your rest. Scientifically, lack of sleep can sabotage your weight loss goals. Learn the art of quality sleep for maximum results. 💤🌙
5️⃣ Don't waste your time with fly-by-night fitness coaches. Hire a true professional who has walked the walk and achieved long-term results. I struggled to lift my leg at this position up until I started practicing this every day for a few mins made a huge difference especially with nagging lower back issues and niggling injuries.
Very limited movement at first but keep at it and you will begin to see gradual improvements

Sled work is so beneficial with the different pushes and pulls for lots of reasons. For example, it is spine friendly, especially after any heavy deadlifts and or squats
Sled work is also a form of single-leg or unilateral training.
When pushing or pulling a sled there will always be a point in time when only one leg is in contact with the ground.
Sled work is incredibly joint-friendly as well, it is very easy to execute "anyone" knows how to do it because they understand pushing ( heck my 2-year-old knows how to push things)
Sled pushing is basically a fool-proof single-leg exercise, and super effective too.
✅ It enables heavy loads without severe soreness, due to very little eccentric stress.
✅ It teaches efficient hip function (one hip extends as the other flexes).
✅ It's MEGA SIMPLE to do– anyone instinctively knows how to push an object it requires no complex coordination skills
✅It can be used for hypertrophy to conditioning, speed to strength work (my video is an example of strength and conditioning.... I’m out gassed out).
✅ You can push it high or low and drag it backward, to explosive rows ( as shown) the options are endless.
Do some sled work! Add it into your training if you haven't done so.
It's today. Over 50% will be diagnosed with some form of mental ill health.
I've been diagnosed with depressed prescribed medication.
If it's not you be thankful because it's brutal, but you are very likely to know someone who is dealing and struggling with some mental health issue.
Someone who needs your time , your patience , your help , your understanding and support. Maybe just a hug or kind words or just someone to talk to.
Or perhaps like me you just need to get some exercise do some training whatever that is for you. It doesn't matter if it's weight lifting or yoga. Or for me I just love bodyweight training. Exercise helps ALOT. Just get out and move your body.

Proper nutrition is imperative to maximise athletic performance. Without enough carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, athletes may feel sluggish and fatigued during a workout or ravenously hungry. Athletes may also need to focus on specific vitamins and minerals for fitness performance, such as iron, vitamin D, and zinc!
