Only one week to go until awards night at Northumberland FA.
A massive well done to Kody Green for being nominated for grassroots coach of the year - female pathway (for a second year running). Kody captains our ladies team and coaches some of the younger girls teams. Her aim is to provide a safe and fun environment for all the girls to learn and improve. To build a space where every girl, no matter their ability, background or experience, feels like she belongs.
A coach whose passion, energy and commitment helps the girls feel confident and thrive to be the best version of themselves. At Heaton Hawks we love that so many of the girls teams are coached by our ladies players and parents, we love that the younger girls look up to the ladies team, we are one big family.
A massive well done to everyone nominated, it’s a great achievement.
