Durham Regatta 2026

As always, Durham Regatta was an exciting and busy weekend of racing. Every rower raced strong, and it’s fantastic to see all the hard work and commitment throughout the season paying off.

National Schools’ Regatta 2026

Two crews travelled down to Eton Dorney for a fantastic few days of racing against some of the best junior crews in the country.

J14 4x+ 2nd in the B Final
Tristan, Sam, Will, Seb & cox Lucy. A brilliant result and a great first National Schools’ Regatta for the crew.

Ch 1x 7th in the C Final
Beau put together a strong performance, racing well against a highly competitive field.

Well done to all athletes and coaches for their hard work, commitment and racing over the weekend. A regatta to be proud of, and great momentum moving forward!

⚫️⚪️Tyne Juniors represented the Northern region at the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta in Nottingham last weekend!

Representing the whole of the Northern region, the Tyne composite crew with Chester-le-Street Rowing Club battled hard in the Op J14 4x+ to secure a strong 4th place finish.

A huge effort against top competition from all over the country - a lot to take forward from this one 👏🏻

A brilliant start to the season at our first regatta of the year - blue skies, sunshine, and plenty of smiles across the squad made it one to remember. It was definitely a good start to the regatta season ahead.

At the weekend some of the Juniors had a fantastic evening celebrating all things Tyne ARC at the whole club winter dinner.

On Sunday we got together outside of a training for a squad 🎉
