A Better BWY awaits !!!

It was fantastic to finally get back to face to face teaching after so long, and great to see so many of you at the class on Friday.

If you want to pick up your yoga again, or are interested in giving it a go, why not come along and enjoy your yoga face to face?

I’m teaching at Heaton Community Centre on Tuesday evenings, 6.30pm - 8pm and Friday mornings, 9.30am - 11am.

New online yoga classes for children
Starting next week I'll be running a range of children’s yoga classes online:��5 - 7 / 8 yrs Tuesdays @ 11.30am - 12 noon (£20 per 6 week block)�8 / 9 - 12 yrs Fridays @ 11.30am – 12.15pm (£20 per 6 week block)�Teens Thursdays @ 3.45pm - 4.45pm (£25 per 6 week block)
The classes are designed to help children and teenagers develop both their physical and mental well being.
