⚠️ Heard of World Renowned Shaun T and Insanity? Well the American company behind Insanity - Beachbody have introduced another programme designed by Charlene Johnson, world known celebrity trainer.
PiYO - A fusion of Pilates and Yoga movements. This is HUGE in America and just like Insanity, it's starting to take over the U.K. Don't be fooled by this being an easy workout! The concept involves dynamic and powerful flows designed to sculpt, stretch, and strengthen a long, lean physique without the high impact.
I had the option to attend Insanity but believe PiYo is the way forward, particularly due to its uniqueness. I smiled all the way through the session as it was so different to what I have ever done before yet we were all dripping with sweat just a couple of tracks in!
Cannot wait to launch this 💪🏽

**SELF DEFENCE FOR NEWCASTLE**
We are so very excited to team up with the army and provide a self defence class for our lovely ladies 💪🏽👊🏼
I have an appointment on the 29th June to discuss dates and times to take place in Newcastle. Once arranged I will advertise but please let me have your expressions of interest so I have an idea of numbers.
This is a great opportunity so don't miss out!
# Free self defence class for all woman and girls # by nur fitness and the army💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Newcastle ladies...NurFitness Aneela is bringing these to Newcastle to you soon too xx
Ladies...Me and Aneela Majid Malik have had a lot of messages over the last few weeks requesting self defence classes for women.
We have put our request to our army contacts - Ronnie Dunn and team and they have happily arranged this for us along with a very interesting command task run challenge (more details to be shared soon).
Self defence is a must for all ladies and the last time we did this programme, I was so impressed with the tips I learnt from it.
With the climate we are living in at the moment, we believe every lady should be equipped with this knowledge and tips for her own safety.
The class is free and we have tried to cater for all ladies in regards to timing.
Pls inbox me to reserve a space xx.
Newcastle ladies aneela will update her status with your class details soon xx

But in a serious note - Our bodies are machines, we have to feed them with the correct nutrients and minerals. Eating salads for the rest of your life is not a healthy or sustainable way of losing weight!

Should I Train With Sore Muscles?
A few weeks ago, I talked about what it means if you are not sore after a workout. Post-workout muscle soreness can occur when a muscle is stretched a little more than it is used to. This results in small tears, called micro tears, which can cause you to feel achy and sore 1-3 days after your workou...
