Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with high intensity interval and Tabata training. Come along and give it a go!

Metafitβ„’ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire! Contrary to popular belief, intensity is much more important than duration for weight loss and fitness. Each workout lasts only 30 minutes, with the aim to work as hard as possible in that time; however, there will always be regressions provided for each exercise which means ANYONE can enjoy this fun and challenging class.
