HI yogi's - the last class for a few weeks at Walbottle this Sunday, 2.30 - 4.00 for anyone who'd like to come. Theres a few spaces left. If you can let me know - that would be helpful :-)

There’s still a few places left for yoga ( and a cuppa after) on Saturday 29th March 2.30-4.30 at Walbottle village hall if anyone on this group - who doesn’t know already -would like to join us!

For those that aren't on my email or WhatsApp groups, you might not be aware - but on Saturday 18th Jan, it's National Iyengar Yoga Day so I'm going to run a workshop 2.30 - 4.30 at Walbottle Institute, whilst my regular classes have been put on hold. If you'd like to bring someone to introduce them to Yoga, then you're welcome, and its a good opportunity to reintroduce it to yourself -if you aren't attending mine or others classes at present.

There is no charge but voluntary contributions to cover hall and cupboard hire costs would be welcome.

I aim to finish in time for us to have a cup of chai tea and have an opportunity to chat and share experiences and benefits before the 4.30 end so it won't be a scary 2 hours of sweat and inspiration!

I did the feeling thankful thing at the top by accident and I can't seem to remove it!! Now I'm feeling a bit peeved! :-) Haha

If you can let me know if you're able to come it will be helpful in the planning.
