4 weeks group PT with ✅
Been working with Tonisha 3 x per week on my group PT sessions. Training in a group of up to 9, focusing specifically on lifting weights and getting stronger, along side some smarter food choices staying within her set calorie goal.
We’re out here getting better results in 28 days than some people do in 3 months.
Carefully structured sessions, a personalised calorie and protein goal to work towards and a holiday fast approaching ☀️

Healthiest I’ve felt in a long time. On the road back up from a mega weight loss, decided to change a few bad habits along the way.
- Stopped va**ng 21 days ago
- Haven’t drank alcohol or made any of the poor decisions that go alongside that in 28 days
- Weekly saunas
- Been for a run (only one. Hated it)
- Most consistent I’ve been in gym for over 18 months
- Tracked food everyday for the last 21 days
- Regained 7 of the 30lbs Id lost down to stress and poor life choices
- Launched a new service for my clients that sold out, the results they’re getting are sick. Can’t wait to show them off
