UNI CHAMPS RESULTS:

Our wonderful men’s and women’s teams took the trip to Kettering to compete in uni champs recently 🤾‍♂️

Both teams put in some great performances with the men getting out an incredibly tough group and losing to bath in the quarters 🤾‍♂️ our women had a perfect start to the day not loosing a group game, a dominant display against Loughborough in the quarters led them to the semis against imperial unfortunately loosing in sudden death 💀 the women then met bath in the 3rd/4th playoff and after an incredibly tight game just fell short

Well done to all of our kings who competed, you did us all proud 🦁

Here’s the rundown on how AGM will work this year. Now that NUSU have centralised the way committee elections are done, this is the structure we have decided on so that we still get to do our much-loved AGM. 🙌

So get ready to meet your new committee, get called out in our social sec’s silly awards, and of course, for TWO dodge nights in one week! 😍😍😍

Our men’s and women’s teams have made the journey down to Kettering 🤾

Last weekend our wonderful women’s and men’s 1s travelled down to Southampton to compete in BUCS finals 🤾

Our women topped their group leading them to the final against Loughborough, a close game saw our women lose in sudden death meaning our ladies came 2nd overall 🥈

Our men started their day off with a win against Trent and then came up against a very strong Portsmouth team unfortunately losing, they still progressed to the 3rd/4th playoff beating a good Loughborough team securing 3rd place 🥉

Well done to all of our kings who competed at BUCS finals, you all made us mega proud 👑

Today is the day! Our amazing men’s and women’s 1s are off to Southampton to compete in BUCS finals 🤾

Both of our teams are coming off unbeaten seasons so will be hoping to go all the way today 🏆

Good luck to all of our kings competing today go smash it and bring back some silverware to Newcastle 🦁

Our women’s teams both competed in Durham on Saturday 👑

Our women’s 1s started the day off against queens coming away with a good win against a very strong team, the rest of the results went their way meaning our fabulous women finish their league off unbeaten and will be going to bucs finals next week 🏆

The women’s 2s played some good dodgeball with some very close sets 🤾

Our men’s 2s also travelled down to Durham last weekend for their final round of BUCS 👑

Unfortunately for our lads they came up against an incredibly strong queens team this meant our men’s 2s came 3rd in their league 🦁

Well done lads you all played absolutely amazingly 🤾

Last Saturday our men’s 1s competed in their last round of BUCS 👑

Our wonderful men ended up winning their league unbeaten 🏆 their attention now turns to BUCS finals next week 👀

Our women’s 1s and 2s are off Durham for their third round of BUCS 🦁 today the women’s ones are hoping to wrap their league campaign up unbeaten for the year 🏆
