Diet is key 💜🔑
There are no shortcuts for this mamma. You can do all the core workouts in the world, but if your nutrition isn’t where it needs to be, you won’t see the results you’re looking for.
A strong core is built in the gym, but visible abs are revealed in the kitchen. Focus on:
✅ Eating enough protein at every meal
✅ Prioritising whole, nutrient-dense foods
✅ Staying consistent, not perfect
✅ Drinking plenty of water
✅ Getting good quality sleep
✅ Being patient with the process

After becoming a mum…
Your body is different.
You are not the same person you were before pregnancy.
You’re running on broken sleep.
Your calories have probably halved because you’re too busy looking after everyone else.
You are no longer the centre of your own world.
So why are you still trying to shrink yourself?
Why are you chasing the body, the routine, and the version of you that existed before motherhood?
You didn’t just have a baby.
You were born again too.
Your body isn’t a project that needs fixing. It’s the home that grew, carried, and nourished a life.
Maybe the goal isn’t to get your old self back.
Maybe it’s to become stronger, healthier, and more confident as the woman and mother you are now🩷

Postpartum & Mental Health ❤️
One thing that isn’t talked about enough after having a baby is how lonely postpartum can feel.
You’re suddenly navigating a huge life change, running on little sleep, trying to care for a human, and often feeling like you’ve lost a part of your old identity. It’s no surprise that so many mums struggle with their mental health during this period.
Meeting other mums can make a world of difference. Having people who understand the sleepless nights, the worries, the mum guilt, and the overwhelming love can help you feel less alone. Whether it’s a baby group, a walk in the park, a coffee morning, or an exercise class, connection matters.

I can post hundreds of results I’ve had with mums over the years, but the truth is, nothing changes until you decide you want to change. The first step is always yours🤎

Why Your Pelvic Floor Is Important Postpartum 🤍
Your pelvic floor goes through a lot during pregnancy and birth. These muscles support your bladder, bowel, and uterus, so it’s completely normal for them to feel weaker after having a baby.
In all my sessions I use diaphragmatic breathing at the start as this reconnects your core and pelvic floor. As you inhale, your pelvic floor gently relaxes. As you exhale, it naturally lifts and engages. This is why Pilates is amazing postpartum rather than rushing back into your normal routine ❤️🔥
