Our next Beginners Yoga Course starts on September 1st - Tuesday 7:15pm, open to all. Wether you've never taken a Yoga class or wether you are coming back after an extended hiatus you are very welcome to join this 6 week Course which is especially designed to help you build or regain confidence with your practise.
