This is our client SJ, when she started with us she very nervous and upset.
The first time we met, she was in tears, desperate to change
And as you can see from the las slide her results have been transformative
Fast forward 2 years, she's made change after change
Initially, starting on our 8-week program, she lost a dress size
Then, since she continued to lose more weight and sustain her results from what she learned in those first 8 weeks
The best bit, she hasn't had to be perfect with training all the time, she can't!

Some people think I am mad for "working" on holiday
A holiday for me is a break from the normal routine of life back home...
A beer at 11 am. Sunbathing (when I can around a 2 year old), not needing to do gym sessions, no routine to adhere to
But the work i do behind the scenes...
Learn new stuff, share that stuff, help clients get results, create videos, write posts and emails...
That's fun to me
Sure, it's a pain at times when technology plays up or I make mistakes with the content, etc
But I love learning and sharing what I learn
I have taught myself pretty much everything since I was 14!
Before interent was what it is now i used to read muscle mags, take notes and then apply it in the gym next day
I do that now but on the Internet, for women instead of myself and pass it to my clients or on socials
This has always been enjoyable. This isn't really work to me, I have always done it and enjoy doing it π
If anything being away from the time restrictions of normal life has helped me do this more...
Am having a blast pumping videos out, learning new stuff, and helping people who watch them π
I have found it difficult to do this as much back home between the gym and daddy duties
Let's hope I can keep up the momentum back home π

Well done Bev for your continued progress and mental resilience since joining.
Despite a sore shoulder she still turns up, works around it and does her best to keep activity going
She's always up for a challenge and has gained massive improvements in her strength & fitness.
In particular, flipping the trye like its a yoga mat and deadlifting over 60kg as a PB!
Well done, Bev, for keeping going and putting good work every time π
Really chuffed for you, and it's good to see the progress you have made...
Keep going (but go get that shoulder checked out so you can start smashing bench press PBs again π€£)

Women often come in to our gym and say they have lost loads of weight, which is great! But have loose skin and now they wanna tone up.
Sometimes people think they need to lose weight before toning up, I disagree.
You can do both at the same time. And minimize lose skin risk.
How?
By lifting weights.
By lifting weights as your tool for losing weight you are toning up & burning body fat at the same time.
When you go on a quest to lose weight without lifting weights for a long time, you are losing skin elasticity and muscle tone in the process.
Making toning & firming up harder & taking longer to do, especially as you get older. This becomes harder and slower naturally as we age, but not impossible.
So start lifting weights now!
Watch how firmer, stronger, more mobile, more energetic, more confident, how your clothes fit better. And your body feels after a few weeks
Incorporate 2-3 weight training session in your routine a week...
Not body pump or sitting around on machines in your local leisure centre...
Actual strength training, where you are pushing your body to change
