We understand that a lot of people are not very confident in a gym environment

Thats why we work really hard to make sure that all of our members feel supported and welcome from day 1

We ask everyone to leave their ego at the door when they come in so to help create and maintain a supportive environment

If you want to run around with your top off or grunt in front of a mirror making people feel uncomfortable then we are not the place for you…

After previously being a member with us, Jade rejoined Primal in July last year with a ring on her finger and one clear goal in mind… get into the shape of her life for her wedding!

With one year until the big day, Jade stepped back through the doors absolutely determined, and she’s made every single day count since.

She’s worked incredibly hard, been massively consistent, and fully thrown herself back into training. Session after session, she’s pushed herself, trusted the process, and the results have been unbelievable.

Jade has also completely embedded herself back into the Primal community, becoming a brilliant part of the gym atmosphere and getting involved with everyone around her.

In fact, she was loving her progress so much that she even convinced husband-to-be Tom to join too. And fair to say, he’s been putting the work in to get wedding ready alongside her!

The progress Jade has made has been absolutely incredible. Since ordering her wedding dress, she’s dropped an amazing 2 dress sizes, to the point where she’s had to go out and get a completely new dress to fit her new body shape!

That is such an incredible achievement and a huge credit to the consistency, focus, and effort she’s put in over the last year.

Jade, we’re unbelievably proud of everything you’ve achieved, and we hope you and Tom have the most incredible wedding day ever!

🌟 Weekend Spotlight 🌟

Big shoutout to Neil, Pratima, Gary and Jenni for absolutely smashing their various races last week 👏🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Special mention to Gary and Pratima too who both hit PBs in the 5under1and 10KM race 🔥💪

Love seeing our members putting all of the hard work in the gym into action outside of it too.

And a huge GOOD LUCK to Diane who is taking on the Deadly Dozen UK Championships in Birmingham today 🔥

Neil celebrated (once he had preferred his 500 Park Run T-shirt) by running the Sunderland 5km race on Saturday evening

Kaye has been part of the Primal family since September 2021, and from day one she’s been one of the hardest working members you could hope to coach.

She’s been incredibly consistent throughout her whole journey with us, always making sure she gets her training in, even when husband Jonny (who she eventually convinced to join too) is away working.

Kaye is someone who gets on brilliantly with everyone around her, especially the members she trains alongside in the evening sessions. She’s always been a huge part of the community, but one thing she’d usually shy away from was the bigger events and challenges…

That changed recently!

For our latest challenge event, where members were split into teams, Kaye decided to put herself out there and sign up, and she absolutely smashed it.

Not only did she get fully involved in the team chat and community side of things, but she worked unbelievably hard throughout the challenge. As a teacher, getting high step counts isn’t always easy, but Kaye pushed herself every single week and still managed to average over 10,000 steps per day.

She didn’t stop there either. Kaye constantly pushed herself to improve, retrying challenges to maximise points for her team, while also encouraging and motivating everyone around her. All that effort paid off too, as she finished as one of the top scoring members across the entire challenge, helping lead her team to victory!

And even better, the hard work has translated into some brilliant results, with Kaye dropping weight, reducing body fat %, and gaining muscle throughout the challenge.

Kaye, we’re so proud of the effort, attitude, and confidence you showed throughout this challenge.

You absolutely threw yourself into it, and it was amazing to watch. Keep smashing it.
